本来，张灵和苏白在成都读书的同学，某日，学校内爆发僵尸，张灵奋勇保护心爱的女生苏白对抗大批僵尸袭击……
二人走到了一起，准备结婚。不料，苏白在拍摄婚纱当日被神秘人毁容，自此终日不愿见人。张灵为毁容的苏白买尸油，苏白涅槃重生。但在他眼里重回美丽容颜的苏白变成全身漆黑的恐怖女人。
张灵在和女朋友的感情危机终日焦虑，忽略了照顾母亲。母亲突然离世，因黑猫跳过尸体而诈尸。复活的母亲成为了猫脸兽化人，以诡异方式夺走苏白儿子小涛，一时间，恐怖的气氛蔓延开来……
